Thank you for shopping with Pharmacy Girl™. We are committed to providing high-quality, made-to-order products and a smooth customer experience. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because our items are custom-made through our fulfillment partner Printify, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or accidental purchases. Please review sizing charts and product details before checkout.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Misprinted designs
  • Wrong item received

If your order qualifies, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@pharmacygirl.co and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Timeframe for Claims

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement. After this period, we cannot guarantee a resolution as Printify may no longer accept claims.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we’ll assist you with a claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or carrier issues.

No Returns to Sender

Please do not return items to Pharmacy Girl or the address on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Third-Party Fulfillment Notice

All orders are fulfilled by Printify’s global print provider network. As such, we strictly follow Printify’s return and refund policies. You can view them here.

Order Changes or Cancellations

To request a change or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, changes may not be possible if production has already begun.
