Thank you for shopping with Pharmacy Girl™. All of our products are made-to-order through our trusted print partner, Printify. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the product, production partner location, and destination.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent into production within 1–3 business days. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after this window has passed, as production may have already begun.

Production Time

Since our items are made-to-order, please allow 2–7 business days for your items to be printed and prepared for shipping. Production times may vary depending on demand, season, and the item ordered.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Production)

Once your order has been produced, you can expect it to arrive within the following estimated timeframes:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Please note that these are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. External factors such as weather delays, customs, and carrier issues may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item(s) in your cart. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after your package leaves the facility.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you ordered multiple products, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This is because we work with a network of print providers who may fulfill different parts of your order from different locations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pharmacy Girl™ is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned due to an address issue, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@pharmacygirl.co. We’ll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to investigate and determine next steps. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
