How long will it take to receive my items?
All Pharmacy Girl™ products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted partner, Printify.
Processing Time:
Orders are verified and submitted to production within 1–3 business days.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and location.
Shipping Time (after production):
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays or customs.
What happens if I order more than one item?
Some items may ship separately because we use multiple production partners and fulfillment centers. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if your order is split.
Can I return or exchange my items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse, as all items are custom-made.
We only offer refunds or replacements if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Was misprinted
- Is the wrong item
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pharmacygirl.co and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description
If eligible, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Do I need to contact you before initiating a return?
Yes. Please email us at info@pharmacygirl.co before initiating any return or refund request. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or processed.
What if my package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
First, check with your neighbors or local post office. If it’s still missing, contact us. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and send a replacement if eligible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered for eligible claims (damage, defects, misprints, or incorrect items). We do not offer refunds for buyer error or delivery delays caused by carriers.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. Customs fees, import taxes, and duties vary by country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our store is hosted by Shopify and protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to keep your personal and payment information safe.
